1. What is the group size and instructor requirement for the course?
The course can accommodate up to 25 participants online and 50 participants on-site. If there are more than 10 participants online or 14 on-site, two instructors are required. Typically, online groups consist of 3-4 people, and on-site groups have 3-5 people to ensure effective learning and interaction.
2. What is the training format?
The course is delivered in two possible formats: a trilogy format, with three modules each spanning two half-days, or an alternative 2+2 format, where the course is conducted over two separate two-day sessions. Both formats include a combination of lectures, interactive exercises, and real-world examples from participants’ own organizations. The curriculum is available in multiple languages and can be delivered on-site or online, providing flexibility to accommodate different learning preferences.
